Conditions : APPLEGATE RESERVOIR: With Applegate Reservoir levels rising with this last week’s rain, the Copper boat ramp should now be accessible (useable at more than 1932 feet elevation). However, as long as the federal government shutdown remains in effect, the ramp will likely be inaccessible. French Gulch remains the only accessible boat access until further notice. Trout anglers have reported success trolling a flasher/wedding ring/worm combination, or just a nightcrawler behind a flasher. Fishing should be good. Surface temperatures are 44 degrees.
