Conditions : Dworshak Reservoir: Water temps are cooling but bass are still being caught...If you haven't had the opportunity to try your luck in this reservoir I suggest that you do. Fishermen have reported catching quite a few bass in the past few weeks. I would suggest that you use soft plastics such as tube jigs, curl tail grubs, and senko worms and fish these baits along steep banks of the bays. Drop shot is a great way to target the bass that may be in deeper water. Robo worm is a great choice of drop shot worm to use.Another method is to use a Rapala JSR 5 or 7 (in a crawfish pattern)depending on the depth of the area you are fishing. Crankbaits can be used to cover a lot of water so casting and retreiving these baits parallel with the steep banks of the bays is a great option. Temperatures are dropping but the bass are still willing to bite. Kokanee fishing has ended.
