Conditions : Dworshak Reservoir: If you haven't had the opportunity to try your luck in this reservoir I suggest that you do. Drop shot is a great way to target the bass that may be in deeper water. Robo worm is a great choice of drop shot worm to use. Crank baits such as Rapala JSR5 and 7 are a great choice when targeting bass. Tube jigs and curl tail grubs can be equally as effective this time of year. Fishermen have reported catching Smallmouth Bass, Kokanee, and Rainbow trout recently. The Smallmouth Bass are kind of spread out because of the low water. We would advise checking with the Corp of Engineers at Dworshak to ensure you will be able to launch your boat safely. Come see us and we will get you geared up to catch some nice bass, kokanee and trout.
