Conditions : Dworshak Reservoir: If you haven't had the opportunity to try your luck in this reservoir I suggest that you do. Fishermen have reported catching quite a few bass in the past few weeks. I would suggest that you use soft plastics such as tube jigs, curl tail grubs, and senko worms and fish these baits along steep banks of the bays. Another method is to use a Rapala JSR 5 or 7 (in a crawfish pattern)depending on the depth of the area you are fishing. Crankbaits can be used to cover a lot of water so casting and retreiving these baits parallel with the steep banks of the bays is a great option. Fishermen have reported catching a few Kokanee but they have been strugling a little lately but when these fish turn on the bite it can be very good. If Kokanee are what you plan on chasing I would suggest you use Kokabow In-Flight trolling flashers and match it up with Kokabow spinners or a wedding ring tipped with a live maggot or Berkely Power Maggots(Chartreuse in color).
