: Carl Blackwell: Elevation is 2 ft. below normal (rising), water temperature 74°F and murky. Saugeye fair on crankbaits around main lake. Lake Carl Blackwell is a mid-sized lake of 3,350 acres. Located just 8 miles
West of Stillwater on Highway 51. The lake is well known to produce large Saugeye, Hybrid Bass and Black Bass and
rest assured, the Crappie and Catfish. Camping is available year-round.
