: JOES VALLEY RESERVOIR: (November 19) Joes Valley Reservoir is closed to fishing until the second Saturday in December. This water has special regulations. The limit is four trout, and only one trout may be over 18 inches. Tiger muskie are protected until they reach 40 inches in size. That is not expected to occur for at least three years. Joe's Valley Reservoir is nestled in a beautiful valley on the eastern slope of the Wasatch
Plateau. Fishing Joe's Valley is normally good and
features rainbow, cutthroat, splake, brown, and lake trout.
However, boating, and camping are other popular activities. (more

Location: The reservoir is located approximately 12 miles west of Orangeville, Utah.
It is accessible from U-10 near Castle Dale via U-57 on the south or U-29 on the north.
