: Junita County: The Juniata River is running muddy due to the weekend rains. Once the river starts to clear up, good smallmouth and walleye fishing should continue to occurring in the deeper holes throughout the river. Anglers continue to catch smallmouth bass on madtoms (aka stonecats) and hellgrammites on the river. East Licking Creek was stocked on October 1st in the Delayed Harvest Artificial Lures Only. Anglers are reminded that this area is for anglers using artificial lures ONLY. Please review rules and regulations in your Summary book and these regulations are also posted on signs in this area.
