Conditions : PECOS RIVER: Streamflow near Pecos Monday morning was not measured due to ice. Fishing for trout was good when using live worms and Woolly Bugger flies.

Streamflow below Sumner Lake Monday morning was 75 cfs. Fishing for smallmouth bass was good when using black Streamer flies.
