Conditions : CHAMA RIVER: Monday morning water flows below El Vado and Abiquiu were 418 cfs and 458 cfs respectively. High stream flows have dramatically slowed fishing at both locations but there were a few trout caught by anglers fishing below Abiquiu. They were using Rapalas, worms and wooly buggers.
