: Lake Mary Crawford: temp 64 clarity 48in Bass fishing is picking up. Fishermen have reported catching 1-2 pound bass using topwater and soft plastics. Early in the morning and late evening are the best times for topwater bites. Try focusing on the creek channels. Crappie fishing is good. No real slabs yet, but plenty of filet size fish have been coming out. They are using jigs and minnows. Crappie do not seem to care which one. If you put it front of them, they'll eat it. Try focusing on the creek channels, troll the channel. Bream fishing is good. All the bream being caught are nice hand-size. The bluegill are stacked in the smartweed omn the west side of the lake. Catfishing is poor. There havent been many reports of catfish being caught. Try nightcrawlers or liver in the stump flats near the creek channel. Reported by: MDWFP |
