: DAVIS LAKE: The lake is at 77 percent capacity. Ed Dillard at Dillards Guided Fishing reported that trout action was very slow. He said that out of a goup of 10 anglers at the dam last week, only one person got a bite. Two anglers who fished at Mallard Point caught four fish. Access: Fair-to-good bait fishing for trout from shore or open boat along east shoreline points and drop-offs south of Lightning Tree Point.
