Conditions : SILVER CREEK: Fishing is good. Water clarity is back to normal and anglers are catching Apache trout and large rainbow trout on white or black leeches, buggers, and simi-seals, egg patterns, and zebra midges, as well as other flies. The creek was stocked last week for the catch-and-release season, which started on October 1 and continues through March 31, and only artificial fly and lures with single barbless hooks are allowed. A revision of the artificial fly and lure definition is currently being proposed, but in the meantime please do not use any flies or lures with scents or flavors as these cause significantly higher mortality than traditional artificials.
