Conditions : SILVER CREEK: Fishing is good. The stream was stocked last week with 1,827 Apache trout, which will be the last stocking before the catch-and-release season. Silver Creek is currently open (April 1-Sept. 30) to statewide regulations, which allows bait and barbed hooks and the limit is 6 trout, but only in the lower section, and only through the end of September. The upper section is closed to fishing and general access until October 1 when the catch-and-release season starts.
