There has been some early morning schooling on flats then the school transition to deep water late morning. To catch fish in deep schools throw your slab out, let it sink then reel 10 turns and let it drop back to the bottom. Crappie are fair in 24-35 feet deep on brush, or suspended on bridge piles with the best bite on minnows. Catfish are fair on cut shad in 10-15 feet of water in timber on the north end of the lake.
