About: - Fishing- Jackson Lake is stocked with warm-water fish, such as walleye, bass, catfish, perch, crappie and wipers. Trout are stocked in the spring and fall. The lake has become a popular spot for anglers. The best time for fishing is in the early spring and fall. Fishing is restricted during waterfowl hunting season and is prohibited from the swim beaches year-round. Directions - From U.S. 34/I-76 interchange, take Colorado Highway 39 north for 7.25 miles through Goodrich, then go west on Y5 (follow the paved road) for 2.5 miles.
