Conditions : Carter Reservoir - The water level has come down quite a bit. It has been difficult for shore anglers to find deeper water. Look for steeper shoreline. Check "Green Cove" on the North West end for deeper water. Walleye fishing has been good and consistent. Night crawlers are the way to go. Early morning and evening seem to yield the most action.
