Conditions : Encampment River: Encampment River/North Platte River Saratoga Valley - The flow in the upper reaches of the North Platte River continues to drop and is down to 102 cubic feet per second and North Gate. That is good news for wade fishing, but be sure to toss a line early and late and avoid the heat of the day when the fish are more stressed. The Encampment River is down to 42 cfs and, as a result the fishing is slow to fair. Suggested bait, lures and flies: Panther Martins Bead head prince nymphs Pat's rubber legs Barr emergers Midge patterns Pheasant tail nymphs Ants Beetles Copper Johns Hare's ears
