Conditions : Encampment River: Encampment River/North Platte River Saratoga Valley The peak runoff has passed; it came a bit early and lasted a bit longer than normal. The dry fly action is in full swing, although there is still some good streamer action with typical nymph patterns. The Encampment River is fishing very well, but it is likely to drop off quickly due to lack of water once the run-off ends.
