: MONROE MOUNTAIN LAKES: Anglers report good fishing at Manning Meadow for 14- to 18-inch cutthroat, with the best success occurring in the shallow upper end of the lake. Try wooly buggers and nymphs. There is tough fishing for tigers at Barney Lake. Reported by: Utah D.W.R |
