: LA SAL MOUNTAINS: (November 19) Aquatics Biologist Darek Elverud fished Kens Lake on Nov. 11 and caught two trout and one bass in 90 minutes. All fish were 1415 inches long. He used heavy spoons, due to windy conditions. The trout limit at Kens Lake has been increased, allowing anglers to harvest trout that would otherwise be lost as the lake's water has been drawn down. There is no change in the daily limit for bass. High-elevation La Sal Mountain lakes have frozen. Mid-elevation lakes are partly frozen. Reported by: Utah D.W.R |
