Conditions : HUNTINGTON RESERVOIR: - North - Fishing forecast (March through May): The reservoir is usually ice-free by late March. Rainbow trout begin cruising the shoreline looking for food and can provide great fishing for shore anglers. Standard bait fishing tactics can produce good results, while spin anglers should use marabou jigs, spinners, spoons and unscented plastics. Wipers will begin to get active as water temperatures rise in May. For wipers, use lures and flies that imitate chubs and crayfish.
