Conditions : OGDEN RIVER: Flows in the Ogden River will be reduced to around 10 to 15 cubic feet per second on Oct. 11, 12 and 13 as Pineview Water Systems does maintenance work on the plunge pool below the dam at Pineview Reservoir. The 10 to 15 cfs is plenty of water for fish, but more water can be added to the river from Wheeler Creek, if biologists determine the fish need more water.
