Conditions : Eagle River - Tuesday morning's flows were 229 cfs below Gypsum and 36 cfs near Minturn. Barring localized rains, the river is clear and inviting. Fall fishing with nymphs, streamers and spinners has been fairly good. Dry flies can be effective in the late afternoons. Expect some late-season caddis hatches, midges and blue-wing-olives on cloudy afternoons.
