| About: -
Waurika Lake is approximately two miles
wide and eleven miles long with 80 miles of shoreline and a surface area of
10,000 acres. The lake is noted for its good crappie and hybrid striper fishing.
The Waurika dam is located on Beaver Creek, a tributary of the Red River, about
six miles northwest of Waurika, Oklahoma.
