Conditions : Murray: Elevation below normal, water 80. Largemouth, smallmouth and spotted bass good on crankbaits, topwater lures and spinnerbaits from the surface to 20 ft. around rocks, points and the main lake. Channel catfish good on cut bait, punch bait, worms and shad at 5-15 ft. along rocks, the river channel and flats. Crappie fair on jigs, small lures and minnows at 8-15 ft. around brush structure, docks and standing timber. White bass fair on jigs, topwater lures and crankbaits from the surface to 20 ft. in the main lake and around points. Report submitted by Jeremy Brothers, game warden stationed in Carter County.

About: - Lake Murray offers 5,700 acres of crystal clear waters, with a beautiful landscape.  The state park encompasses over 12, 000 acres and is operated by the Oklahoma Tourism and Recreation Departments and is one of the state's most popular attractions. The lake is impounded in Oklahoma and contains largemouth, spotted and smallmouth bass.  The lake yields a large numbers of smallmouth in the 2-3 pound class with some smallmouth in the 5 pounds class.
