Conditions : Kaw: Elevation is normal (stable), water temperature 58°F and stained.

Bass, Striped Hybrid, Bass, White excellent on crankbaits, grubs, hair jigs, in-line spinnerbaits, jigs, live bait, minnows, sassy shad, shad, small lures, tube jigs around below the dam, creek channels.

Catfish, Blue, Catfish, Channel good on crawfish, cut bait, goldfish, live bait, live shad, minnows, shad, sunfish, worms around below the dam, main lake, river channel, river mouth.

Paddlefish good on snagging around below the dam.

About: - Kaw Lake covers 17,000 surface acres and has 168 miles of shoreline at the normal elevation just above 1000.00 feet above sea level. Ten boat launching ramps provide boaters with easy access to the lake. Kaw Lake offers boaters two full service marinas. The Lake and the Arkansas River are known for producing some of Oklahoma's largest catfish and offering anglers excellent opportunities to catch crappie, sand (white) bass and walleye.
