| Conditions
: Broken Bow: November 8. Elevation near normal, water clear. Largemouth, smallmouth and spotted bass being caught on rogues schooling early and late. Channel catfish fair on cut bait. Crappie being caught on minnows and jigs around structure in the upper end of the lake. Report submitted by Dru Polk, game warden stationed in McCurtain County. Reported by: Oklahoma Wildlife Dept. |

About: -
Broken Bow Lake: Nine miles northeast of Broken Bow in McCurtain
county. The lake is very deep and the water clear. An excellent population of
quality size largemouth bass and an abundant spotted bass population. Two state parks: Beaver´s
Bend State Park and Hochatown State Park. Lodge, cabins, camping, nature
center, trails, volleyball, tennis, swimming beach, canoeing,
paddle-boating, bumper boating, horseback riding, miniature golf,
restaurant, grocery, gift shop, train rides, 18-hole golf course.
