Conditions : Rock Creek: Rock Creek is in full fall mode with BWO’s, October Caddis and a few Mahoganies. Look for the cloudy days to have lots of BWO’s and a sz 18 Tilt Wing Dun, CDC Dun, Comparadun or P-Haze will get the job done. There aren’t a ton of Mahoganies on the Creek, but you will see them especially in the lower stretches. Tilt Wing Mahoganies, Extended Bodies and Flash Cripples. Nymphing is a good fall tactic as well. Red Copper Johns, Eggs, San Jauns, Princes, PT’s and Rubberlegs. Streamer fishing should be during the cloudy days. Brown/Yellow are a great combo with JJ Specials or Sparkle Minnows.
