crappie good on live minnows and white jigs in 3' to 10' of water, mainly in coves on the windward side of the lake; black bass good on a rig, swimbaits, and spinnnerbaits; white bass fair on medium diving crankbaits, white Vibric spinners, and shad colored soft plastic swimbaits; walleye fair on stinkbaits and large spin baits, use darker colors, best while trolling in the main channel of the James River Arm; paddlefish fair in the Galena area and upriver; all other species slow. About: -
Table Rock Lake is one of Missouri's premier fishing destinations and can be
accessed via the paved boat ramps near the park entrance. Anglers can expect to
catch a variety of fish including bass, crappie and other warm-water species.
Fishing is allowed 24 hours a day with the exception of in the day-use area,
which is open from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Boat Launch: Table Rock State Park allows you to launch your boat onto the lake. There are
no fees, and all of the surfaces are concrete or asphalt. There is a boat ramp
located near the open picnic shelter and park office. There are Missouri State Water
Patrol regulations that watercraft riders and boaters must follow.
