: Wolf Lake: The bass are hard to find in the high water. Wolf is also muddy from runoff as well. The bass are just hard to catch right. Try a rattle trap or spinnerbait in deeper areas. You will need to run something that will put off some vibration with the visibilty as low as it is. Crappie- Fishing is fair. The fish have slowed down, but they can still be caught. Try jigging the outside of the cypress trees. Try white and chartruese jigs or minnows. Bream- There havent been any reports of bream caught, but try a beetlespin around the edges of the lake. Catfish- Fishing has been excellent all year. Try cutbait on jugs or trotlines. Reported by: MDWFP |
