: Neshoba County: - Bass fishing is fair with slot limit fish being caught. Try throwing buzzbaits early followed by wacky rigged worms and spinnerbaits as the day progresses. rappie fishing has been poor with few angler reports. Bream fishing has been fair with mostly small fish being caught. Try bream fishing around woody cover and vegetation with red worms or crickets. Catfishing has been fair with everyone fishing catching a few fish but no large fish have been reported. Reported by: MDWFP |

Neshoba County Lake opened to the public on October 19, 2006. The slot limit on black bass will be a 16-20 inch slot limit. The limit will be 5 with only one fish over 20 inches. Several fish attractors were established in the lake to create fish habitat and hot spots for anglers. Approximately 150 Christmas trees were sunk in 2011.
