: Neshoba County: - Bass - No new report. Largemouth bass fishing has been good with lots of small bass being caught, a few in the slot being caught and a 8.4 pounder being landed on a lizard. No new report. Crappie fishing has been good with several limits caught. No new report. Bream fishing has been slower with a few large bream being caught. No new report. Catfishing is good with anglers still catching medium to large catfish. Reported by: MDWFP |

Neshoba County Lake opened to the public on October 19, 2006. The slot limit on black bass will be a 16-20 inch slot limit. The limit will be 5 with only one fish over 20 inches. Several fish attractors were established in the lake to create fish habitat and hot spots for anglers. Approximately 150 Christmas trees were sunk in 2011.
