Conditions : Neshoba County: BASS anglers are catching 12-14 inch fish around the grass line. Some large fish are also working on the baitfish in the aquatic plants. Anglers are also using topwater plugs and buzz baits early on the flats then throwing worms during the day.

BREAM are biting good most everywhere on the lake. Fishing is best in water 3 to 4 feet deep. Use crickets, redworms, or fly. No huge fish, but some good eating size being caught.

CRAPPIE have started showing up this week. They seem to be migrating from the creek channels to the grass line. Fish shallow water 2-3 feet deep (use minnows or jigs). Anglers caught a 2.1 and a 2.6 pound white crappie this spring.

CATFISH have slowed down a little. But anglers are catching a few fish at night (mostly off the wooden pier). Use liver and catfish stink bait.
