: Yampa River - The river is flowing around 61 cfs below Stagecoach Reservoir. The tailwater section of the Yampa River is fishing great right now. Anglers are having luck using nymph and dry fly rigs throughout the day, but the morning and evening fishing is the best. The evening caddis hatch has been good and anglers are having luck using small elk hair caddis dry flies. Any small midge pattern will work great as a tail fly in a double nymph rig. RS-2 and WD-40 patterns are the most effective.
