Conditions : Brewer Lake: Larry Walters at Bones Bait Shop (501-354-9900) said fish are “jumping in the boat” at Brewer Lake. The water is at a normal level and is clear. Surface temperature is ranging 82-84 degrees. Crappie fishing is good at 10-12 feet depth with best success working the brush piles. Use minnows or jigs. Bass are fair to good and are favoring crankbaits, but they’ll bite at anything now, Larry said. Catfish are good; target a depth of 7 feet with minnows. Very few reports on bream, however. He said the bream fishing was poor.
