| Conditions
: CONROE - GOOD. Water stained; 68 degrees; 0.03 feet above pool. Largemouth bass are good on beds with some big gals being caught. Catfish are good from 1-25 feet of water. | About: - Largmouth Bass are the most sought after species in Lake Conroe, though they are not the most abundant. While angler catch rates are marginal, the opportunity to catch a trophy bass is very good at Lake Conroe. The more abundant channel catfish and bluegill are also highly sought after by anglers.
