: CEDAR CREEK Water stained; 63-67 degrees; 0.01' high. Black bass are good on drop shot rigs, jigs and Texas rigs. White bass are fair to good on slabs. Hybrid striper are fair on live bait and slabs. Crappie are fair on minnows and jigs over brush piles. Catfish are fair to good on prepared bait and chartreuse nightcrawlers (use Worm-Glo). Fishing Cedar Creek:
Largemouth bass angling is best in
the lower end of the reservoir where the water is clear. The lake record weighed
14.65 pounds. Catfishes are abundant, with more blues than channel cats in the
legal size range. Hybrid striped bass are stocked annually and the lake record
