: LAKE BILLY CHINOOK: Bull trout fishing is good in the Metolius arm and fair in the Deschutes and Crooked arms. Kokanee fishing is also good in the Metolius arm and fair in the Deschutes and Crooked arms. Kokanee are averaging 11- to 12-inches long. Kokanee are staging in the upper Metolius Arm prior to spawning. Bass fishing has been great in all three arms.
