: LAKE BILLY CHINOOK: Bull trout are concentrated in the upper end of the Metolius Arm prior to and following spawning. Harvest limited to one fish over 24-inches. A tribal permit is required for Metolius Arm. Opportunities for kokanee are poor. Brown trout opportunities in the upper part of the Deschutes Arm are excellent.
