Conditions : TRASK RIVER: Spring Chinook fishing has been fair, but sporadic on the Trask. It’s close to peak run timing for these fish and the next few weeks there should be more fish available. Using good bait and fishing early will improve odds. These fish can be finicky, but they’re worth the effort.

There are a few summer steelhead showing up on the Trask as well.

Misc Info: - The road shoulder has been widened at the Cedar Creek boat launch, which will allow vehicles to pull off the road while launching. Anglers should use caution to avoid disturbing fresh fill in the area. Plans are in the works to construct a new boat slide at the site in the near future. Please do not block boat launching at this site.
