: Cowdrey Lake - Anglers have enjoyed good success trolling and fishing from shore with a variety of baits and lures. Standard limits and fishing regulations apply to Cowdrey Lake. North Michigan Lake - North Michigan Reservoir has recently been stocked with large Rainbow Trout. Fishing pressure has been moderate, with fishermen having good success. More success near the inlet along the North shore, but larger (12â-14â) catches near the dam. Lures and rainbow Power Bait are working best now, with other successful bait including salmon eggs and worms, and green Power Bait. Successful flies have included pink rooster tails and wooly buggers. Expect Aquatic Nuisance Species (ANS) inspections for all watercraft. (Bag limit 4; Possession, 8.) Reported by: Colorado D.O.W |
