Deadmans Basin Reservoir is located in south
central Montana, with the Musselshell River being the primary source of the
tributary. The average sizes of both rainbow and kokanee in 2002 were
about 14 and 15 inches, with some rainbows exceeding 17 and some kokanee
exceeding 19. There are some tiger muskie have been caught in excess of
30 inches. Directions: HWY 12 W OF RYEGATE THEN GOOD GRAVEL ROAD. Between the town of Ryegate and Shawmut. |
