Conditions : St. Joseph - Pier fishing was slow but the boat anglers have been picking up good numbers of coho and lake trout when trolling in waters 35 to 300 feet deep as the fish are scattered. Chinook and steelhead fishing were slow.

South Haven - Pier fishing has been slow but those fishing from just after dark until midnight were catching walleye.

Grand Haven - Boat anglers caught fish 20 to 50 feet down in 150 to 200 feet of water. Try lead core in 5 to 10 colors. Orange and green have been hot colors. Anglers are still trying for perch but the fish are getting smaller.

Muskegon - Boats trolling in the channel and just outside the piers have caught walleye at night. Some jumbo perch were caught but the fish are scattered.

Whitehall - Has good walleye fishing off the pier. Most anglers are picking their spots before dark and fishing most of the night. A few salmon have been caught when trolling. The lake trout were found in shallow waters.
