Conditions : Elk City Reservoir: Crappie fishing has slowed. There are still some crappie being caught on the dam as well as in the state park. Vertical jigging and minnows have been working best.

Catfishing has improved. Catfish are preparing for the spawn and fishing is good near the dam. Fresh shad has been working best.

The white bass fishing remains slow. Look for them in deeper river pools and in the reservoir near the dam.

Outlet - Water release has slowed but there are still a few fish in the stilling basin.
