Conditions : Elk City Reservoir: Crappie Poor 8-14 inches Crappie angling has been slow. Some anglers have had luck in deep brush in the Elk River.

Channel catfish Excellent 10-25 inches Anglers have been having luck drifting and with floatlines. Shad, chicken liver, stinkbait, and shrimp have all been successful.

White bass Poor 8-16 inches White bass fishing has been poor. Occasional fish have been picked up by catfish and crappie anglers.

Outlet Fishing is good at the outlet when water is being released.

Float line fishing will be allowed from July 15 through September 15. A floatline permit ($2.50) is required.
