About: - A 1,400-acre flood-control reservoir located in Putnam and Owen counties off I-70, Cagles Mill Lake is a popular spot for walleye fishing. Halfway between Terre Haute and Indianapolis, this reservoir charges a small fee, but outboard motors are permitted.
