Conditions : Clearwater River: Steelhead is open until December 31, as is Coho. Chinook is closed for the year. Water temperature has dropped and the the fish are moving up. With lower water temperatures fish are going to be closer to the bottom so bring your lure down to the fish. Always check idfg.idaho.gov for season status and updates before heading out fishing! Be sure to stop by Sportsmans and chat with us for tips and tackle to hit the water with!

North Fork - Fishing on the North Fork is very slow this time of year. You won't find much action fishing traditional attractor dry fly patterns. The fish become selective this time of year so matching the hatch is essential. Try using midges for dries and fatter nymph patterns.
