Trail from campground leads to the Upper and Lower Palisades Lakes where there is excellent fishing. Trail is approximately 4 miles to the lower lake and 7.5 miles to the upper lake. Parking and a stock landing is available for equestrians. Location: From Swan Valley go 7 miles east on US 26, then 2 miles northwest on Forest Road 255. 8 campsites available on a first come first serve basis, the fee is $10/night and $20/night double. Fishing from the South Fork of the Snake River is popular from this campground and can be accessed right from the campground and Day Use area.
Running water and restrooms are available. Site has picnic tables, fire rings, and barbeque grills. Some sites have RV hookups, please see camp host for availability.
