The Cabin is located at Warm River Springs, the source of Warm River. An Idaho Fish and Game hatchery operated here from the1930s to the 1950s. The Cabin (formerly the hatchery managers house) was constructed by the CCC in 1938.
please be aware of the following conditions at the site:
- The spring water has not been tested. Bring your own water or treat the
spring water appropriately before culinary use.
- Bring garbage bags, this is a pack in pack out site.
- There is a wood stove for heating and cooking, wood is provided on site.
- Mattresses provided on bunk beds, bring your own bedding or sleeping bags.
- There is no electricity bring gas or battery powered lanterns. Hay brought
in must be certified weed free

 24 miles East of Ashton, ID, just off the Ashton-Flagg Ranch Road, last ten
miles is a gravel road.
This cabin does not have electricity therefore please bring battery or gas
powered lights. Mattresses are provided, but sleeping bags, blankets, etc are
not included. Cabin sleeps 6 comfortably. Hand water pump is at the site.. |
