| Conditions
: Jumbo Reservoir - The water level is full and temperature is 45 to 50 degrees. Walleye fishing has been good using night crawlers. A few smallmouth bass are being caught on lures. Catfish are being caught on nightcrawlers and stink baits. Trout are good on PowerBait. Jumbo requires an annual fishing or hunting license, or an annual State Wildlife Area permit to enter per person ages 19-64. The minimum size for walleye is 15 inches. Reported by: Colorado D.O.W |

Directions: Take I-76 to the
Red Lion exit (#155). Go 3 miles north to Highway 138, then 1 mile northeast to
County Road 95, then 2 miles north to the reservoir.

A state wildlife permit is required to enter Jumbo. The permits can be purchased at DOW offices or license agents. Dailies are $3.00 at the gate or a year long pass is $5.00 with a valid 2002 annual fishing or hunting license.
