Conditions
: Jumbo Reservoir - Anglers can expect excellent fishing for walleye and crappie, and quality fishing for channel catfish, smallmouth bass, and bluegill. Fishing pressure is moderate. As of 10/11/2019, the boating season is ending. Hours of operation during the month of October are half an hour before sunrise to half an hour after sunset from Thursday to Tuesday. The boat ramp is closed on Wednesdays due to decreased staff. Boating is only permitted during inspection hours and all boats must be off the water prior to the inspection station closing. The minimum size for wipers is 15 inches in length. The minimum size for crappie is 10 inches in length. The minimum size for walleye and saugeye is 15 inches in length. No more than one walleye or saugeye in the aggregate greater than 21 inches in length may be taken per day. Reported by: Colorado D.O.W |

A state wildlife permit is required to enter Jumbo. The permits can be purchased at DOW offices or license agents. Dailies are $3.00 at the gate or a year long pass is $5.00 with a valid 2002 annual fishing or hunting license.
