Conditions : Blue Mesa Reservoir - Kokanee Salmon are beginning to school up in Iola in large numbers. Vertical jigging is the best technique using heavy spoons and fishing from 60-80 feet down. Some schools are already making their way up-river. Trout fishing is fair with bait near the bottom or casting spoons in the evening and early morning.
