Williams Fork River Sponsored by

Date 25-Aug-09
Water Condition
Water Temperature

Conditions : Williams Fork River - Sunday morning's flow below the reservoir was 219 cfs, way down from last week and above optimal for prime fishing conditions. Definitely fishable but still a little hard to cross! As the river continues to recede, be ready to grab your rod and rip some lips. We are expecting the fish to be hungry and active in the slower water since they have been fighting the huge water for quite some time now. Look for PMDs and caddis in the afternoon. Recommended nymphs include; JuJu Baetis, PMD Barr's Emerger, golden stone, size 18 bead-head Pheasant Tail.
