Conditions : Bear Creek - Reported 12/16/2019, the flow is low and most of the creek is frozen at this point in time. Recent warm weather may have opened it up a little with most of the ice being shelf ice. If you do find some open water, look for deeper pools and it may be time to start focusing on the tail waters of the creek. Try Blue Wing Olives or Midges where there is open water. Flows: 22.8 CFS above Evergreen with ice reported (12/19/2019)
